DIOM TTT certifies you to facilitate the two-day foundational workshop. This certification is for facilitating the ten-module Outward Performance employee development program. Both require DIOM workshop completion.
Each of the ten modules takes approximately 60 minutes to facilitate. The full program can be delivered as ten separate sessions or condensed into a two-day intensive.
