Elena joined Arbinger Romania in 2022, following over 24 years in leadership roles across the telecommunications, outsourcing and customer experience industries, and international retail, including large-scale destocking operations. With deep expertise in strategic management and business transformation, she has led complex, high-impact initiatives that improved operational performance and enabled scalable growth.

Her approach is both strategic and human, grounded in the belief that business results and personal growth go hand in hand. Over the years, Elena has seen that meaningful change doesn’t happen just by introducing new processes or tools, it starts when people shift the way they see and interact with each other. In her work as a certified Outward Mindset™ facilitator, she helps individuals and teams build that shift, creating the kind of clarity that leads to real trust and sustainable progress.
