Ram has more than 35 years’ experience in leading high-performing teams in diverse organizations across three continents. As a former CEO, Ram fully appreciates that organizations hire consultants and trainers not for their time but for the value they add to the bottom-line. He is relentless in ensuring that his clients achieve tangible, measurable results from his work with them.

Under his leadership, Arbinger Caribbean has made a tangible impact in several top-tier organizations over the past several years. Ram is an Arbinger certified Master Facilitator who is able to bring the Arbinger material alive for his clients through effective use of real-life examples from his over 35 years’ leadership experience.

He is also an ICF certified Executive Coach (PCC) and works with CEOs and C-Suite executives in helping them achieve extraordinary results for themselves and their organizations. Ram holds an MBA and the coveted CFA Charter. He is also a published author and popular speaker at international forums such as the ATD (Association for Talent Development, USA). He lives in Miami but has a base in Trinidad as well.
