What is the Arbinger Summit?

The Arbinger Summit is an annual event to help Arbinger facilitators and leaders gain a deeper understanding of the outward mindset principles. For those who are leading outward change in their organization, this is a unique experience you will be able to attend keynotes, break-out sessions, and network with leaders just like you.

The theme for this year’s event is, Belong. People thrive where they feel safe and accepted for who they are and who they want to become. For this to be successful, there needs to be a fundamental mindset focused on seeing people as people.

The Outward Inclusion workshop guides participants through a process of self-discovery to uncover unconscious bias and become equipped with practical tools to drive equity and inclusion within their teams and across the organization
