What’s in Store for Summit 2022?

The Arbinger Summit was established to inspire, educate, and provide a space for people to network and learn from each other. This year’s theme is ‘Belong’ and our keynotes will be highlighting what our teams, organizations, or the world can look like if we all felt like we belonged. Inclusion and belonging go hand-in-hand. Creating an inclusive environment is what ignites belonging—belonging is ensuring that everyone feels safe and can bring their true and best selves to work.

The Arbinger Summit is going to be taking place August 22-24 in Salt Lake City, Utah. It’s going to be a two-day event composed of memorable keynotes, engaging breakout sessions, and connecting with leaders in different industries and around the world. After the summit, you will have the opportunity to attend Outward Inclusion and Outward Leadership workshops which will be available at heavily discounted rates.
