Duration: Six coaching sessions by phone over a period of three months.

Cadence: Coaching calls typically happen at a cadence of once every two weeks.

Description: Implementation coaching is available for anyone who completes Arbinger’s step-1 Outward Mindset course (Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset). In particular, we highly recommend that all team-leaders who bring their teams through the course receive implementation coaching. Implementation coaches help team leaders (1) implement the team game plans that were established during the training, and (2) apply the ten outward mindset tools they learned in the training to specific organizational and team issues they are facing. In the course of six phone conversations held over three months, the leader and implementation coach track team progress, address roadblocks, and apply outward mindset tools to the leader’s own business challenges. Implementation coaching can be purchased in blocks of six 45-minute calls. Coaching calls typically happen at a cadence of once every two weeks, although the cadence can be adjusted according to need.
