Having earned his certification as a master trainer from the esteemed Arbinger Institute on November 1, 2003, Senthiyl holds the distinction of being the most tenured facilitator outside of the United States. Furthermore, he completed Arbinger’s Choice in Coaching program in June 2004, harnessing the fundamental principles of addressing self-deception paradoxes to elevate leadership and performance through coaching.

Since February 2004, Senthiyl has been on a remarkable odyssey, collaborating with a diverse array of leaders and organizations spanning over 20 countries across Asia Pacific, South Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Today, he is widely respected as an Arbinger consultant of exceptional repute, with a profound influence on countless individuals and organizations throughout the region.

Zijun graduated with a first class Bachelor in Economics from Northwest University of Politics and Law in China and gained her Postgraduate Certificate in Education (focusing on counselling) from the University of Nottingham (UK) with merit.

She is a Arbinger Master Trainer, and has supported clients in the region including T-Systems, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Microsoft, SHELL, IBM, Merck Group, NICE Systems, Genesys Telecommunication, Coca-Cola, Standard Chartered Bank, PLUS Malaysia Bhd, Smiths Detection, SISTIC, Ministry of Education (Singapore), Nanyang Technological University, Affin Hwang Asset Management, Amman Mineral, Tronox (China). and VISA, in strengthening their team culture and in measuring their impact on clients, culture and performance. As a Millennial who has worked extensively across multiple organizations facilitating change management, Zijun provides refreshing and honest insights into the challenges organizations face in managing millennials, and how millennials are shaping the future of work and leadership.

Zijun also inspires genuine conversations and relationships across the generational spectrum with Arbinger’s mindset frameworks, delivering solutions that drive results. Currently, her main responsibility encompasses pivotal roles in strategic thinking, forecasting, the development of new consultants and facilitators, subject matter expertise in outward mindset content, thought leadership, and program development showcasing a dynamic and results-oriented approach
