We were one of the most complained about teams in our department. It was quite stressful. We turned to Arbinger and suddenly listened to each other and those we worked with. The amazing thing is that I have seen people completely let their guard down and form meaningful relationships. It was a total transformation. We went three and a half years with no complaints.
