Catherine Tinsley, Ph.D., is a senior professor of management at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. She is an expert on leadership, risk, decision making, negotiations, and gender. She studies how leaders can improve their decision making and the impact of good decision architecture on organizational performance.

Chad Ford is an associate professor of International Cultural Studies and director of the McKay Center for Intercultural Understanding at BYU Hawaii. He has led peacebuilding workshops and mediations around the world.

Desmond Lomax

Until his retirement from service in early 2020, Desmond was a clinical mental health therapist and internal Arbinger facilitator for the Utah Department of Corrections. He worked in the field of law enforcement and corrections for over 20 years and is now a senior consultant for Arbinger.

Sydney is a professional horse trainer, speaker, and equine-assisted therapy specialist with an incredible life story. She began training horses at age 15, shortly after surviving breast cancer, and went on to build her own values-based training business.

He formerly led the Street Crimes Unit Tactical Enforcement Squad and has planned, coordinated, and executed over 2500 high-risk tactical operations.

Chris Wallace

As a licensed clinical psychologist, Chris has more than 20 years of experience both facilitating individual outward mindset transformations and working in treatment programs for youth. More recently, he has been working with individuals struggling with eating disorders. He has learned a great deal about the ways inward and outward mindsets appear for this population.

Mette Villemoes Ponty

Mette has worked with Arbinger since 2008, first in Dubai with responsibility for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region and later for Scandinavia. She has a background in the fastmoving consumer goods industry as a sales and marketing manager. She also worked in the advertising industry, both on the client side and as a strategic director.
