Andrea is a facilitator, speaker, and entrepreneur with twenty years of experience in leading large teams and building business. As a professional facilitator and coach, she works with individuals and teams to achieve goals and push past limitations. Clients praise Andrea for her humor and ability to connect with them; she is “a highly gifted facilitator” and “unmatched in her ability to ignite a room.” She is a sought-after speaker, having presented at many state and national conferences such as the IMA National Conference, Administrative Professionals Conference, American Payroll Association’s Annual Congress and the Oregon PTA State Conference.
Andrea has a long track record of successfully leading enterprise-wide projects, building teams, and developing talent. As a regional vice president in the staffing industry, she was responsible for a $30 million budget across four states. As a senior director of corporate learning, she established a global team of trainers that deployed job skills training to 10,000 internal employees. She consciously brings this extensive experience to her current client work, helping individuals and organizations discover new, effective, and sustainable ways of working.
Andrea has served as executive director of the Portland chapter of Women in Technology, member of the National Association of Female Executives and troupe member of Barren Mind Improv and the Farce Side sketch comedy troupe. She is currently school board president at St. Perpetua School in California. She earned a B.S. from Arizona State University in communication and supports the Girl Scouts, Smile Train, and local food banks. She enjoys yoga in her free time.
