Introducing Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset
Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset is a 2-day program in which participants learn a series of conceptual frameworks that educate them about both an Inward Mindset and an Outward Mindset.
Participants are then taught how to leverage these frameworks to assess and plan their work with others in a way that overcomes conflict and invites collaboration.
Finally, participants begin to implement a series of tools to move them more fully to an Outward Mindset way of working
As a result, participants begin working in a far more collaborative manner and become focused on achieving results that are important to the organization as a whole. Participants also develop a mentality of responsibility in their work rather than one of blame.
Our Managing Partner, Jim Ferrell, J.D., will be presenting the Facilitator Retraining for this event. It will be held at the at the Frontier Conference Center, 350 Biddle Blvd., Bldg 318, Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas on Monday, March 23rd through March 24th, 2015 from 9am-5pm. Attire is Business Casual.
